Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in customer-facing sales, a polished presentation, and a passion for luxury product. This on-site role requires flexibility and a team-oriented attitude to elevate every guest interaction.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury or hospitality setting.
• Professional, welcoming character and presentation.
• Strong attention to detail and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and proactively offer assistance.
• Provide a dynamic service presence at the store location.
• Ask questions to identify customer needs and guide them to the right products.
• Know store layout and current merchandise to direct customers.
• Foster a welcoming, fun, encouraging and energetic customer environment.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive work atmosphere.
• Support store operations including deliveries, merchandising and visuals.
• Process POS transactions with proper cash handling and opening/closing registers.
• Adhere to corporate customer service policies and communicate effectively with colleagues and managers.
• Lead by example and contribute to a high-performing team.
