Job summary

CELINE, a fast-growing luxury house within the LVMH group, is seeking a Client Advisor for its Miami Design District boutique. You will meet sales targets, use product knowledge to maximize sales, and maintain store appearance.

You will build and manage a client book, promote store events, handle shipping and inventory, and work a flexible schedule including evenings and holidays. CELINE fosters inclusivity and professional growth within a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates with client books strongly preferred.
• Desire to work in a retail setting with a focus on sales.
• Passion for luxury product with an appreciation for design.
• Tech savy – ability to learn and utilize various software programs.
• Service orientation and customer focused.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
• Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process to maximize sales and transaction value.
• Adhere to company policies.
• Capture all relevant customer information for database entry.
• Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes.
• Maintain and expand a client book.
• Follow up on shipping, alteration, or other client issues.
• Assist in housekeeping and store image maintenance.
• Support shipping, receiving and inventory control as requested.
