Louis Vuitton in the Miami Design District seeks a motivated Full-Time Client Advisor with a passion for creating memorable experiences for our worldly clientele. You will be an ambassador of the Brand, tailoring each interaction to elevate the client’s experience and build lasting relationships using our clienteling tools.

The ideal candidate has luxury retail experience, a strong sales mindset, excellent communication, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience, preferably in luxury market.
• Strong strategic sales and commercial mindset to achieve goals.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse client base.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage clients.
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Client Experience: Deliver an exceptional client experience by understanding and fulfilling clients' needs and preferences.
• Brand Ambassador: Represent the Louis Vuitton brand with passion and enthusiasm, ensuring that every client interaction reflects our values and commitment to excellence.
• Sales Achievement: Achieve individual and team objectives and sales goals through effective client engagement and relationship building.
• Product Knowledge: Learn and master Brand and product knowledge across all categories to provide informed and personalized advice to clients.
• Clienteling: Leverage clienteling tools to develop long-term relationships with clients, ensuring personalized follow-up and engagement.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and dynamic store environment.
