Vince in Ardmore, PA is seeking a Client Advisor (Sales Supervisor) to lead with selling and elevate every client interaction. You will own your client book, demonstrate luxury service standards, and maintain deep product knowledge to inspire confident purchases.

This full-time role offers competitive hourly pay ($18–$23) plus sales incentives, with a strong focus on delivering the Vince luxury experience and contributing to store success in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Able to climb ladders and lift up to 35 pounds; willing to work weekends/evenings/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Build a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction and design to inspire purchases.
• Cultivate and grow a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, referrals).
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic and convert conversations into sales.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients with elevated engagement.
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling on the floor for the team.
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visuals.
• Uphold all company policies, including loss prevention.
