Job summary

CELINE Madison is seeking an energetic luxury retail professional to join our NYC store. You will meet sales targets, leverage product knowledge to maximize transactions, and expand client books. You will promote events, capture customer data, and ensure seamless shipping, alterations, and inventory support.

Qualifications

At least 3 years in retail, ideally luxury
Computer literate and able to use different software packages
Candidates with client books strongly preferred
Desire to work in retail with a sales focus
Passion for luxury products and design, service oriented

Responsibilities

Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
Incorporate product knowledge to maximize sales per transaction
Capture customer information for entry into database
Promote store events via email, phone, and notes
Maintain and expand a client book and follow up on shipping/alteration issues
Assist in store housekeeping and image maintenance
Support shipping, receiving and inventory control
