Your impact includes meeting store sales targets, building client books, promoting events via email/phone, maintaining the store image, and providing exceptional service to a discerning clientele. The base compensation ranges from $24.00–$27.00 hourly plus commission, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Computer literate; learn and use various software packages.
• Candidates with client books strongly preferred.
• Desire to work in a retail setting, with a focus on sales.
• Passion for luxury product with an appreciation for design.
• Tech savvy - ability to learn and utilize various software programs.
• Service orientation and customer focused.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
• Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process to maximize sales and transaction value.
• Adhere to all company policies.
• Capture all relevant customer information for entry in database.
• Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes.
• Maintain and expand a client book.
• Follow up on shipping, alteration, or other client issues.
• Assist in general housekeeping and store image maintenance.
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested.
