Job summary

Moncler in King of Prussia, PA seeks a Client Advisor to deliver elevated luxury experiences, cultivate client relationships, and drive store performance. You will greet clients, provide tailored recommendations, and participate in omnichannel service while upholding Moncler’s standards.

Reporting to the Client Advisor Manager or Store Manager, you will contribute to sales goals, product knowledge, and brand heritage with professionalism and a client-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years luxury/premium retail or other client-focused experience.
• Experience serving international or multilingual clientele is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every client and deliver an exceptional luxury experience aligned with the Moncler Client Promise.
• Build long-term client relationships through personalized service and active clienteling.
• Understand and anticipate client needs and recommend products and services that enhance the experience.
• Develop new client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up using clienteling tools.
• Utilize bilingual/multilingual communication to support an international client base.
