Prada in New York seeks a brand ambassador to convey the brand philosophy and guide clients into the world of the brands. You will maximize individual and team sales while delivering an extraordinary luxury customer experience placing the client above all, discovering needs and fostering loyalty.

Qualifications

• Passion for selling and stores.
• Curiosity and interest in luxury/fashion, art and design.
• Experience building long-lasting client relationships.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, result driven and problem solving.
• Passion and knowledge of the managed product category.
• English is a must; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Place the customer at the center, create a welcoming environment and provide exceptional service per the client journey ceremony.
• Capture customer data in the CRM to personalize connections and future opportunities.
• Embrace and promote the Omni Channel mindset.
• Work as a team player and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience.
• Welcome and serve customers with an excellent in-store experience at all times.
• Proactively engage in cross-selling to meet individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and competitors; prove brand and product knowledge.
• Manage complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
• Maintain shop floor and display standards; comply with stock procedures.
• Contribute to a high level of security and help prevent product theft.
