Qualifications

• Caring, authentic trusted client advisor: an intuitive sales associate with a passion for style.
• Proficient English; second language preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents.
• Prior retail sales experience preferred, luxury retail experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor to drive sales results.
• Promote teamwork and assist operations with stock management.
• Transform each client experience into magical moments and engage in the selling ceremony.
• Capture customer data in the CRM to build relationships.
