Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-touch customer service in luxury retail.
• Ability to build emotional connections with clients and drive sales.
• Strong storytelling and product knowledge to engage clients.
• Excellent communication in English; second language a plus.
• Comfort with CRM systems and client data management.
