Zimmermann is seeking a client advisor for their Chicago store to deliver exceptional service in a luxury fashion environment. You will drive sales, build lasting client relationships, and uphold the brand's sophisticated aesthetic.

Ideal candidates bring a passion for luxury fashion, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team while achieving KPIs and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Experience achieving KPI targets in luxury retail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong product knowledge and brand alignment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and store KPI’s while upholding Zimmermann’s brand standards including store and visual presentation, stock and inventory.
• To ensure that an exemplary standard of client service is provided to Zimmermann’s clientele in line with the brand’s global vision.
• Acquire and grow the Zimmermann client database through engaging and maintaining professional client relationships.
• Ensure that a consistently high standard of visual presentation is achieved and reflective of the brand directives.
• Have a thorough understanding of company policy and procedure relating to store operations, stock and loss prevention.
• Engaging in team training and development initiatives including product and brand knowledge, sustainability, diversity and Work Health Safety.
