• Builds ongoing rapport with clientele while selling.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and store KPIs while upholding Zimmermann standards.
• Provide exemplary client service aligned with the brand’s global vision.
• Grow the Zimmermann client database through professional relationships.
• Maintain high visual presentation in line with brand directives.
• Understand store operations, stock and loss prevention policies.
• Participate in training on product knowledge, sustainability, diversity and WHS.
