Job summary

Plaza del Lago, a luxury fashion retailer, seeks a dynamic Client Advisor to deliver exceptional service and drive sales. You will uphold Zimmermann brand standards, manage client relationships, and contribute to store performance with a polished, customer‑centric approach.

You will play a key role in growing the client base, maintaining visual standards, and upholding store policies. The position offers opportunities for advancement within the brand and a competitive compensation package

Qualifications

• Capable of reaching KPIs and sales targets.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous sales experience in luxury designer fashion.
• Passionate brand ambassador who embodies Zimmermann values.
• Ability to cultivate Zimmermann client loyalty through positive interactions.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and store KPIs while maintaining brand standards.
• Provide exemplary client service in line with the brand’s global vision.
• Grow Zimmermann client database through proactive relationship building.
• Maintain high standards of visual presentation reflecting brand directives.
• Understand store policies on stock, loss prevention and operations.
• Participate in team training on product knowledge, sustainability and WHS initiatives.
• Engage in career development through mentorship and growth within the brand.
