Responsibilities

• Place the Customer at the center, creating a welcoming environment and striving to meet their needs and requests.
• Capture Customer data into the Company CRM to connect with the client and develop future opportunities.
• Embrace and promote the Omni Channel mindset.
• Work as a team and partner with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience.
• Welcome and serve the customer providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
• Cross-sell with all Departments to maximise sales opportunities and KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and competitors.
• Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
• Deal with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
• Maintain shop floor and visual displays to high standards.
