Qualifications

• English language fluency required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Place the Customer at the center, creating a welcoming environment and strive to meet every need.
• Capture Customer data into the Company CRM to build relationships and personalize service.
• Embrace and promote the Omni Channel mindset.
• Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display.
• Provide excellent in-store experience and assist with cross-selling to achieve targets.
