Job summary

Catalyst Brands seeks a polished luxury fashion consultant to deliver bespoke and ready-to-wear experiences in our Williamsburg boutique. You will build lasting client relationships, provide expert wardrobe guidance, and ensure service reflects our brand's sophistication.

With 2+ years in luxury retail, you will manage client book, advise on tailoring, and collaborate with tailors to guarantee a perfect fit. This role requires evening/weekend availability and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury fashion, suiting, or high-end retail.
• Proven clienteling experience and ability to build long-term relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with discerning clients.
• Proficient with CRM and POS software; flexible with retail hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, high-touch client service and wardrobe guidance.
• Develop and maintain an active client book through outreach and follow-up.
• Advise on luxury suiting, tailoring, and style coordination.
• Conduct wardrobe consultations in-store and by appointment.
• Grow Made-to-Measure sales via fabric consultation, measurements, and fit evaluation.
• Assist clients with measurements and alterations as needed.
• Meet and exceed store sales goals through expert service.
• Manage clienteling from introduction to post-sale follow-up.
• Maintain boutique visuals and brand standards.
• Stay updated on seasonal collections and trends to educate clients.
• Collaborate with tailors and production teams for perfect fit.
• Represent Catalyst Brands with professionalism and discretion.
