As a brand ambassador, you will manage stock, ensure premium merchandising, and utilize CRM tools to nurture a growing client community while surpassing sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury retail and meeting sales goals.
• Strong understanding of luxury clients, culture, and seasonal collections.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for a discerning clientele.
• Bilingual or multilingual fluency; French and English strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a distinctive, attentive luxury shopping experience for every client.
• Demonstrate commercial acumen and consistently exceed store sales targets.
• Provide expert styling advice tailored to each client’s journey.
