You will stay informed on seasonal collections and fabric selections, collaborating with tailors to ensure perfect fits and outstanding service. Flexible retail hours are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in luxury fashion, suiting, or high-end retail.
• Strong understanding of tailoring, fit, and fabrics.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships (clienteling experience required).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with discerning clients.
• High attention to detail and a polished, professional appearance.
• Proficiency in CRM and POS systems; ability to manage a personal client book.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide a personalized, high-touch experience to every client, understanding lifestyle, fit preferences, and wardrobe needs.
• Develop and maintain an active client book through relationship building and follow-ups.
• Offer expert advice on luxury suiting, tailoring, and style coordination to build timeless wardrobes.
• Conduct wardrobe consultations and styling sessions in-store and by appointment.
• Grow Made-to-Measure sales through fabric consultation, measurements, fit evaluation, and styling guidance.
• Assist clients with measurements and alterations to ensure perfect fit.
• Achieve and exceed store sales goals through exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Manage the full clienteling process from first contact to post-sale relationship cultivation.
• Maintain boutique visual and operational excellence reflecting brand standards.
• Stay informed on seasonal collections, fabrics, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with tailors and production teams to ensure seamless client experience.
