Catalyst Brands' Boston boutique seeks a client-focused luxury fashion professional who values craftsmanship, style, and personalized service. You will build lasting client relationships, offer expert wardrobe guidance, and deliver a bespoke and ready-to-wear experience that reflects the sophistication of our brand.

Responsibilities include providing a high-touch client experience, developing an active client book, advising on luxury tailoring and fabrics, conducting wardrobe consultations

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in luxury fashion, suiting, or high-end retail.
• Strong understanding of tailoring, fit, and fabrics.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships (clienteling experience).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with discerning clientele.
• High attention to detail and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide a personalized, high-touch experience to every client and build relationships.
• Develop and maintain an active client book through outreach and follow-up.
• Advise on luxury tailoring, fabrics, and style coordination for timeless wardrobes.
• Conduct wardrobe consultations in-store and by appointment.
• Grow Made-to-Measure sales with expert client consultation, fittings, and styling guidance.
• Take measurements and assist with fit adjustments.
• Meet and exceed store sales goals through product knowledge and service.
• Manage clienteling from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
• Maintain boutique visual and operational standards reflecting the brand.
• Stay informed on seasonal collections, fabrics, and trends to educate clients.
• Collaborate with tailors and production teams for perfect fit and seamless experiences.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, discretion, and authenticity.
