Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and understand needs before presenting solutions.
• Guide guests through Volvo lineup highlighting safety, tech, and design.
• Build and maintain a guest pipeline with consistent follow-up in CRM.
• Present vehicles and conduct test drives delivering a genuine experience.
• Collaborate with finance and management for a transparent purchase process.
• Meet monthly targets while maintaining high guest satisfaction.
• Stay current on Volvo product updates and competitive positioning.
• Represent Volvo Cars of Seattle and Swickard's hospitality standard.
