Swickard Auto Group is hiring a Brand Specialist for Volvo Cars Bellevue, inviting candidates from luxury hospitality or consultative backgrounds to join a luxury sales team. You will welcome guests, present Volvo's safety-focused lineup, and guide them through the purchasing journey.

No automotive experience is required, and Volvo brand training is provided from day one, with a clear path to advanced roles within Swickard.

Qualifications

• No automotive experience required; Volvo brand training provided from day one.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, technology, high-end retail, financial services, or consultative guest-facing roles preferred.
• Alignment with Volvo brand story: safety, sustainability, and Scandinavian design.
• Strong communicator who builds rapport quickly and follows through with integrity.
• Self-motivated to grow earnings and career over time.
• Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Guide guests through Volvo lineup with product knowledge and confidence.
• Listen to understand guest needs and present the right vehicle.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Build lasting guest relationships through follow-up and CRM.
• Collaborate with sales management and finance for a seamless purchase process.
• Meet monthly targets while maintaining guest satisfaction scores.
• Stay current on Volvo lineup and electrified offerings.
