Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in luxury or automotive industry preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Base salary with uncapped commission and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Stay up-to-date with premium vehicle features and tech.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Negotiate and close sales while maintaining dealership profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships; follow up post-sale.
• Generate leads through networking and referrals.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Keep accurate paperwork and records for the sales process.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitors.
