Job summary

Swickard Auto Group's Volvo Cars Bellevue location is hiring a Sales Consultant. Eastside Bellevue residents are targeted with a focus on hospitality, customer service, and sales skills.

Comprehensive Volvo training is provided from day one, with a pathway to higher earnings through consistent performance. The role emphasizes building trust with guests, presenting Volvo’s safety and electrified lineup, and developing a robust client pipeline via CRM and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or customer-facing or sales experience required.
• No automotive experience needed.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine curiosity -- learn what matters to them before presenting any vehicle
• Build Volvo product knowledge through paid training -- the lineup, safety technology, and the electrified models -- well enough to guide an informed buyer
• Present vehicles and run test drives that connect Volvo's design and engineering to what each guest values
• Build a client pipeline through disciplined follow-up and CRM use -- repeat and referral buyers are the foundation of a high-earning career
• Work with finance and management to deliver a transparent, pressure-free purchase experience
• Meet monthly targets across volume, gross, and CSI

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous hospitality, customer-facing, or sales experience -- required. No automotive experience needed
• Paid Volvo brand and product training from day one
• Composed, polished presence -- Eastside buyers research before they arrive, and preparation and honesty earn their trust
• Real interest in Volvo's safety focus and electrified lineup
• Self-motivated, with a drive to build a book of repeat and referral buyers
• Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication, or quick to learn them
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
