Job summary

Princeton BMW, part of Holman Enterprises, is seeking a knowledgeable Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. You will help customers select vehicles that fit their needs and lifestyle, guiding them through features, technology, and financing options.

You will demonstrate vehicles, coordinate with Sales Managers and F&I, complete paperwork, and follow up after delivery to build long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred; luxury automotive sales experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• One year of sales, customer service, or related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers to understand their automotive needs, preferences, and budget.
• Guide customers through vehicle selection by presenting features, technology, performance capabilities, and financing options.
• Conduct engaging vehicle demonstrations and test drives that highlight BMW products.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and F&I personnel to structure and negotiate vehicle purchases and lease agreements.
• Assist customers throughout the purchase process and ensure accurate completion of all required documentation.
• Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction, encourage referrals, and foster long-term relationships.
• Utilize CRM and dealership software to track customer interactions and sales activities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals while contributing to the success of the team.
• Deliver a professional, customer-centric experience that supports dealership and manufacturer standards.
