Job summary

Princeton BMW, part of Holman Enterprises, is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. You will engage customers, understand their needs, and guide them through vehicle selection, features, and financing options.

Demonstrations and test drives will showcase BMW benefits while you collaborate with Sales Managers and F&I to finalize purchases or leases. Ideal candidates have automotive sales experience, strong communication, and a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive sales experience preferred.
• Luxury automotive sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers to understand needs, preferences, and budget.
• Guide customers through vehicle selection, features, and financing options.
• Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives to showcase BMW benefits.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and Finance & Insurance to structure purchases or leases.
