• Build relationships with new and existing clients throughout the vehicle-shopping process.
• Learn each client's needs to help them find the right vehicle.
• Deliver engaging vehicle presentations, demonstrations and test drives.
• Represent BMW models, features, and ownership benefits.
• Respond promptly to internet, phone, and showroom opportunities.
• Maintain follow-up with clients using our CRM.
• Guide clients through purchase and delivery experience.
• Develop repeat and referral business with an exceptional ownership experience.
• Maintain relationships with clients after the sale.
