• Build meaningful relationships with clients and deliver a premium customer experience.
• Guide customers through the entire purchase journey—clear, transparent, and hassle-free.
• Demonstrate BMW vehicles with confidence, highlighting features and value.
• Maintain accurate and consistent activity in our internal lead management system.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
• Communicate effectively across multiple channels—face-to-face, phone, text, and email.
• Manage a high volume of customer interactions while staying organized and responsive.
• Support the overall sales process and contribute to a high-performance team environment.
