Job summary

BMW of Ridgefield is seeking a motivated Client Advisor to join our sales team. If you’re an experienced automotive salesperson who builds relationships, delivers a superior customer experience, and closes deals, we want to hear from you!

You will greet customers, present BMW vehicles, conduct test drives, and work with Sales and Finance to ensure a smooth delivery while maintaining a strong client base.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of sales success.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Professional, energetic, and customer-focused.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• BMW or luxury automotive experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and provide a personalized experience.
• Present and demonstrate BMW vehicles and features.
• Conduct test drives and product presentations.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong client base.
• Negotiate and structure vehicle purchases professionally.
• Work closely with the Sales and Finance teams to ensure a smooth delivery.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through delivery.
