Job summary

BMW of Catonsville is seeking an experienced Automotive Client & Sales Advisor to represent the BMW brand and build long-term client relationships. The role emphasizes presenting vehicle features, negotiating pricing, and delivering exceptional service.

You will develop strong client relationships across email, phone, and internet leads while maintaining high product knowledge and ethical standards. Earnings can exceed $100,000 with performance and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with strong initiative and a firm commitment to maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Sales or related commission-based experience in retail or hospitality; automotive sales experience preferred.
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills, tech savvy.
• Valid Driver’s License, with no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years and no major violations (DUI, reckless driving, etc.) in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Accurately present and demonstrate features and benefits of dealership vehicles
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients via email, phone, internet requests and other lead sources
• Present pricing options and negotiate pricing
• Provide high level of customer service before and after the sale
• Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner
• Invest time in continuous product knowledge training
