Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive systems and basic technical understanding.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide a luxury-brand experience.
• Listen to concerns, document vehicle issues, and communicate with technicians.
• Explain recommended services, costs, and potential upgrades clearly.
• Schedule appointments to optimize shop productivity and technician workload.
• Prepare and explain invoices, and support warranty claims and records.
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
