BMW of Tenafly is seeking a motivated Client Advisor to join our team in Tenafly, NJ. You will greet customers, present BMW vehicles, conduct test drives, and guide clients from first contact to delivery, building lasting relationships and delivering a premium experience.

The ideal candidate has a proven sales track record, excellent communication, and strong follow-up skills. Luxury automotive experience is a plus, and the role may require Saturdays with one weekday off.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and provide a personalized experience.
• Present and demonstrate BMW vehicles and features.
• Conduct test drives and product presentations.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong client base.
• Negotiate and structure vehicle purchases professionally.
• Work closely with the Sales and Finance teams to ensure a smooth delivery.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through delivery.
