• Own the Bridal category performance across sales, behaviors, and standards.
• Lead Bridal visual merchandising and storytelling for emotional customer experiences.
• Provide monthly coaching to team on bridal presentations, diamond education, and closing skills.
• Align brand promises with customer experiences to express individuality and celebrate moments.
• Drive KPIs like conversion, appointment culture and follow-up behaviors.
• Develop Bridal talent in partnership with store leadership to build teamwork and accountability.
