Jared in the United States is seeking a Luxury Bridal Manager to own the Bridal category and deliver an emotionally guided experience for every customer during meaningful purchases. You will lead the category, storytelling, and closing with confidence, while building a consistent bridal presentation across the team.

You will drive visual marketing, coaching, and talent development to align with the brand promise and elevate KPIs like conversion and appointment culture.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Bridal Category—drive sales, behaviors, and standards with consistency across the team.
• Lead Bridal visual merchandising and storytelling to reinforce romance and confidence in purchase.
• Build team capability through monthly coaching, giving real-time feedback on education, storytelling, payments, and closing.
• Activate the Brand Promise by guiding customers to express individuality and celebrate meaningful moments.
• Drive performance metrics like conversion and follow-up behaviors, leading by example.
• Lead and develop bridal talent in partnership with store leadership to foster teamwork and accountability.
