Jared is seeking a Luxury Bridal Manager to lead the Bridal category and deliver an exceptional, emotionally engaging shopping experience. You will own the category performance, oversee diamond storytelling and closing techniques, and drive consistency in Bridal presentations across the team.

You will coach team members monthly, refine visual marketing, and align displays with launches and selling priorities while upholding the Brand Promise of confidence and celebration for every customer.

Formación

• Experience in high-end retail is preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Bridal category performance, including sales, behaviors, and standards.
• Lead Visual Marketing for Bridal and ensure consistent presentations.
• Deliver real-time feedback on diamond education and customer storytelling.
