Jared seeks a Luxury Bridal Manager to own the Bridal category and deliver an emotional, guided shopping experience for life’s meaningful moments. You will lead the category strategy, standardize presentations, and coach team members monthly to enhance confidence and sales performance.

As the Brial category lead, you’ll align visual storytelling with launches and priorities, drive KPIs such as conversion and appointment culture, and develop bridal talent in collaboration with store leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Bridal Category — lead total Bridal category performance including sales, behaviors, and standards
• Lead Visual Marketing for Bridal — own Bridal visual merchandising and storytelling execution
• Build Team Capability (Monthly Coaching) — observe or coach one Bridal presentation per team member each month
• Activate the Brand Promise — help customers express individuality and feel confident through guided experiences
• Drive Performance Excellence — improve KPIs including conversion, appointment culture, follow-up
• Lead and Develop Talent — partner with store leadership to identify and develop Bridal talent
