Jared, a Signet Jewelers brand, is seeking a Luxury Bridal Manager to lead the Bridal category and craft a confident, emotionally engaging customer experience. You’ll own the data-driven performance, mentor the team with monthly coaching, and ensure consistent Bridal storytelling across displays and interactions.

You will partner with store leadership to develop Bridal talent and elevate conversion, appointments, and follow-up behaviors while delivering on the brand promise.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury/jewelry retail preferred.
• Strong storytelling and client engagement skills.
• Proven ability to coach and develop sales teams monthly.
• Track record of driving KPIs and conversions.

Responsabilités

• Own the Bridal category and drive performance across sales, behaviors and standards.
• Lead Bridal visual merchandising and storytelling execution.
• Coach team members monthly on diamond education, confidence and closing.
• Ensure consistent Bridal presentations and brand promise across the team.
• Partner with store leadership to develop Bridal talent and cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive KPI improvements, including conversions and appointment culture.
