Jared, part of Signet Jewelers, is hiring a Luxury Bridal Manager to own the bridal category and lead the customer experience for one of life's meaningful purchases. You will drive category performance, storytelling, and confidence-building in every customer interaction.

You’ll also lead visual marketing, coach team members monthly, and align actions with the brand promise to celebrate life’s moments with elegance and emotion.

Qualifications

• The Luxury Bridal Manager is the category owner and experience leader for all Bridal merchandise.
• This role is responsible for ensuring every customer receives a confident, emotional, and expertly guided experience during one of life’s most meaningful purchases.
• You don’t just lead Bridal — you own the moments customers remember forever.

Responsibilities

• Own the Bridal Category: lead total Bridal category performance and standard attainment.
• Lead Visual Marketing for Bridal: manage bridal visual merchandising and storytelling execution.
• Build Team Capability (Monthly Coaching): observe, coach, and provide actionable feedback on diamond education, storytelling, and closing.
• Activate the Brand Promise: help customers express individuality and feel guided and confident.
• Drive Performance Excellence: improve KPIs, ensure consistent Bridal presentations, model high personal performance.
• Lead and Develop Talent: partner with store leadership to identify and develop Bridal talent.
