You’ll drive category performance, mentor the team, and oversee visual merchandising and storytelling to reinforce romance, emotion, and confidence in every sale.

Qualifications

• Experience leading bridal category and guiding customers through meaningful purchases.
• Strong storytelling and diamond education to close sales with confidence.
• Ability to coach and develop team members for consistent bridal performances.

Responsibilities

• Lead total Bridal category performance, including sales, behaviors and standards.
• Own Bridal visual merchandising and storytelling execution to reinforce romance and confidence.
• Provide monthly coaching to team members and give real-time feedback on coaching and closing.
