You will coach monthly, align displays with launches, and help customers celebrate life’s moments with confidence. This role offers base pay with commission and a path for growth within a national brand.

Qualifications

• Diamond knowledge and storytelling skills for guided customer experiences.
• Proven ability to close sales and drive conversion.
• Experience coaching and developing sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Bridal category performance and standards.
• Lead visual merchandising for Bridal and storytelling.
• Coach team monthly on Bridal presentations and diamond education.
• Develop talent with store leadership and build teamwork.
