• Support the Store Manager to develop and implement business plans through performance analysis.
• Foster cross selling and up selling among product categories.
• Ensure business opportunities are maximized through efficient sales floor management.
• Act as a role model demonstrating sales leadership and develop client relations.
• Promote Digital Mindset and improve client relationships to meet objectives.
• Be up-to-date on market trends.
• Lead staff to deliver an inspiring client journey.
• Cultivate customer relationships to create loyal advocates.
• Proactively identify opportunities to gain new clients and grow sales.
• Manage customer complaints to maintain positive relationships.
• Provide coaching and development to team and map market research with Store Manager.
