• Support Store Manager to develop business plans and analyze product performance.
• Foster cross-selling and upselling across categories.
• Ensure Prada standards on the sales floor and be a visible leader.
• Develop client relationships and advocate for clienteling initiatives.
• Coach and develop team with HR/L&D collaboration.
• Maintain store care, cash controls, inventory, and reporting.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends.
