Qualifications

• Sales experience in a complex, high‑volume or high‑profile environment.
• Effective communication with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cash wrap and office; work around chemicals.
• Lift or climb up to 30 lbs. and climb moderately.
• Operate the register, stand, move and walk for multiple hours.
• Flexible schedule including day, evening and weekends.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, management and co‑workers.
• Experience selling to customers using digital tools (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and providing styling recommendations.
• Strategize personal business growth to boost productivity through wardrobing and clienteling.
• Drive sales by assisting the team to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual plans while upholding brand standards.
• Support coaching of Brand Ambassadors to deliver customer‑centric service.
• Develop genuine connections with customers and tailor recommendations to preferences.
• Meet or exceed personal KPIs and use tools to drive performance.
• Adapt product presentation for remote or in‑person customers as needed.
• Use CRM tools like Polo Connect to capture meaningful customer data for clienteling.
• Participate in store and company initiatives and community outreach.
• Balance tasks to maintain the RL experience and uphold store standards.
• Provide feedback to management on category opportunities.
• Contribute to an inclusive team environment and talent sourcing efforts.
