Job summary

Coach seeks a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated shopping experience and meet personal and store sales goals. You will support daily store operations and collaborate with the team to drive brand loyalty.

This role blends luxury retail service, omnichannel selling, and client engagement to represent Coach and contribute to revenue growth. Prior luxury retail experience and strong English communication are preferred.

Qualifications

1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail preferred.
Experience with POS operation and Mobile POS.
Strong English language skills.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to service standards.
Build client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
Maintain energy on the sales floor and adapt selling techniques as needed.
Perform daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising.
