Qualifications

• Retail experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Strong communication with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to work day/evening/weekends and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with a customer-first mindset.
• Meet or exceed KPIs and contribute to sales plans with the team.
• Assist customers in sizing, styling, and product education.
• Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and visual presentation.
• Participate in trainings and support store operations and initiatives.
