Ralph Lauren is seeking a Full-Time Brand Ambassador to provide a personalized shopping experience and uphold the RL brand standards in store. You will drive sales, engage customers, and support team initiatives while delivering exceptional service.

You will represent the customer experience vision, participate in training, and help broaden client reach through innovative in-store engagement and community outreach.

Formación

• Retail experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Understands and delivers sales and profit performance.
• Supports the store in the execution of company initiatives.
• Supports and participates in team training to execute business results.
• Creative in thinking of new ways to engage clients and reach out to a wider client base.
• Is the ideal representative of the customer experience expectations in store.
