Qualifications

• Retail experience in high-volume environment preferred.
• Strong communication with customers and staff.
• Able to move around sales floor and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Operate the register and stand/walk for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and travel if required.
• Build positive relationships with customers, management and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with a customer-first mindset.
• Meet or exceed personal KPI and use tools to drive performance.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales plans with the team.
• Assist customers using Polo Connect program.
• Demonstrate passion and knowledge of fashion and styling.
• Maintain store standards and complete opening/closing duties.
