Qualifications

• Sales experience in automotive or luxury retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with dealership software is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customers' needs to recommend brand models and features.
• Guide customers through sales process, including test drives and financing.
• Educate customers about Volvo features, including electrified options.
• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and drive sales.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to dealership performance.
• Prepare and process sales contracts and financing applications accurately.
• Maintain showroom and lot appearance and vehicle display.
• Maintain post-purchase contact to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Deliver a customer experience reflecting Volvo's sophistication.
