Job summary

Brunello Cucinelli is seeking Brand Ambassadors to deliver a memorable guest experience and support sales goals while upholding the brand's humanistic philosophy. You will act as a guardian of the brand, demonstrate deep product knowledge, and partner with leadership on store operations and inventory control.

The role requires 3–5 years in elevated retail or hospitality, high standards of customer service, and the ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong affinity for Brunello Cucinelli brand and philosophy.
• High School Diploma required.
• 3–5 years’ experience in elevated retail or hospitality.
• Exceptional customer service and networking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Availability to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading customer service and build guest loyalty.
• Maximize selling opportunities to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Resolve customer issues with best-in-class service.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and use resources to deepen understanding.
• Maintain awareness of marketing and promotional activity.
• Be a brand ambassador reflecting brand philosophy and lifestyle.
• Support store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and tasks as assigned.
• Maintain stock levels to prevent shrink and loss.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards throughout the day.
• Engage with colleagues across stores and Corporate Partners.
