Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2–5 years’ experience in elevated retail or hospitality.
• Exceptional customer service and networking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook and Excel).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading customer service and build guest loyalty.
• Maximize selling opportunities to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Proactively resolve customer service issues with best-in-class support.
• Maintain product knowledge and support merchandising standards.
• Support store manager with opening/closing, cash handling, and inventory tasks.
