Brunello Cucinelli USA INC in New Mexico is seeking a Brand Ambassador to deliver a memorable in-store experience, support the Store Manager, and embody the brand's humanistic philosophy in every interaction.

You will provide premium customer service, maximize sales, build lasting client relationships, maintain product knowledge, support visual merchandising, handle cash and inventory, and collaborate with teams to drive service excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in an elevated retail or hospitality environment.
• Exceptional customer service and networking skills, with the ability to network and develop clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to stand for multiple hours and lift up to 40 pounds on occasion.
• Availability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.

• Maintain awareness of all current marketing and promotional activity.
• Act as a brand ambassador emulating the brand aesthetic and embodying a strong sense of brand philosophy and lifestyle.
• Under the guidance and direction of Store Manager and/or other Store Leadership, complete operational objectives including opening and closing the store, cash handling, inventory, and other tasks as assigned, and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability when workload or tasks change as necessitated by business.
• Support and partner with the store manager in maintaining consistent inventory levels to prevent shrink and loss.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained throughout the day, assist with floor sets and moves as needed.
• Utilize business acumen (both written and verbal) in relation to store business, product assortment and business opportunities.
• Build effective working relationships with colleagues in other stores and Corporate Partners.
• Demonstrate reliability and trustworthiness by acting with integrity in all interactions and following company policy and guidelines.
• Promote cooperation and commitment within the team to achieve goals and celebrate team accomplishments and share credit with others.
• Proactively seek feedback for performance and opportunities for growth.

Brand Ambassadors at Brunello Cucinelli are responsible for delivering a memorable experience to all guests and prospective customers. This role is vital to our brand and supports the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and operational objectives. Brand Ambassadors are guardians of the brand and further the Humanistic philosophy of Solomeo.

Role responsibilities

Pay and Benefits

Pay for this position ranges from $25 to $30 per hour. Compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors including relevant skills, training, years of experience, education and internal considerations. Compensation may be discussed transparently during the interview process. In addition to base compensation, Brunello Cucinelli offers a competitive benefits package including health and dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid holidays, a generous paid time‑off policy, and career development opportunities.
